How can I pay for your rad goods?
At this time, we accept Visa, MasterCard + American Express. All prices are billed in Canadian dollars (even if you choose to see prices in another currency).
Do you charge tax?
Well, technically the government does but yeah, we collect on their behalf. For Canadian orders, we charge the GST/HST rate of the province the order is shipping to. For BC orders, PST is also charged.
How do you package up your orders for shipping?
All our goods are packaged in acid free, crystal clear bags for to keep them pristine. Orders are shipped in rigid packaging to avoid bending + folding.
FREE SHIPPING, for real?
Yup! All cards ship free + all orders over $25 going to a Canadian address ship free. Free shipping is sent via untracked regular letter mail.
How long does shipping take?
Typical mail times:
For Canadian orders: 2-7 business days
For US orders: 5-20 business days (US postal service is sloooooooow)
We ship outta Vancouver, BC via Canada Post. Do yourself a solid + plan accordingly, especially during busy periods like the holidays. If you need your goods to arrive sooner, let us know + we can quote you a faster shipping method.
When your order goes out in the mail, we send a note letting you know. Unless otherwise notified, all orders ship via untracked regular letter mail. For orders that are shipped as parcels, a tracking number is provided if available.
Do you ship anywhere else?
We definitely can but unfortunately not through our site because shipping rates vary too much + we don't want to rip anyone off by arbitrarily setting a catch-all shipping cost. If you live outside of Canada + the US (and its territories) + want to place an order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org + we'll sort something out.
Can you send a card on my behalf?
With social distancing in effect, for every card you buy, we're happy to hand write, address + it mail off on your behalf. Free! No charge! On us! Learn more here.
What's your refund + exchange policy?
We want our goods to be top notch so we check it over + package it with care. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless what you received is incorrect or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving so we can make arrangements for a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I buy your goods in stores?
Shopping online is easy peasy but supporting a local shop is bad ass too. Our goods are carried in stores all across Canada + you can find them listed on our stockists page. Not every store carries our full line so better to call ahead.
